Bingo Associate Job Description:

Job Summary: Set up and maintain bingo area, assist players with game rules and promotions, verify winning cards, and facilitate payouts.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Maintenance: Set up bingo machines and paraphernalia, maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bingo area.
  • Player Assistance: Assist players in buying cards, ensure all players have admission tickets, and promptly attend to players with winning combinations.
  • Security and Payouts: Verify winning cards, facilitate payout of prizes to winners, and maintain security of the game and company assets.
  • Customer Relations: Treat customers with courtesy, diplomacy, and respect, and answer inquiries regarding bingo rules and promotions.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Inform Bingo Officer and Assistant Manager of player feedback and observed preferences.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Experience in Bingo Operations an advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent ability to follow instructions and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Ability to build working relationships and cope in a fast-paced environment
