Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer service to parents, students, and staff.Handle data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Office and Google Workspace applications.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.Support the administrative team with various projects and tasks to ensure operational efficiency.Admin tasks such as but not limited to filing documents, making reports, managing supplies, ensuring bills are paid, maintaining upkeep of office and warehouse.
