An international retail brand is looking for an Commercial Finance Analyst in Makati City.

What you'll do:

As an Commercial Finance Analyst, will be working towards maximising selling potential while driving sales performance. Your role will involve collaborating with the Area Team to reach Sales & Profit goals by ensuring that our stores deliver a Great Customer Experience. You will have a strong analytical focus, using this skillset to train and coach Stores and the Area Team on controlling topics. This will enable our people and our business to grow. You will also be responsible for budgeting Sales, Hours, and Salaries for all stores in your area, performing monthly P&L analysis, and forecasting selling and salary cost development.

Work closely with the Area Team to follow up on commercial KPIs and identify commercial opportunities

Budget Sales, Hours and Salaries for all stores in your area in line with the goals

Perform monthly P&L analysis to determine actions to improve the results

Forecast selling and salary cost development alongside the Area team to drive profitability

Support and educate Stores in aligning sales planning and scheduling to enhance customer experience

Review concept selling performance and ensure right stock levels with Merchandising Team and Store Management

Identify, recruit, develop and train Controlling talent to support business needs

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Finance Analyst position brings experience from the retail sector. Your background includes managing multiple stores where you've demonstrated skills in strategising, planning, budgeting, P&L management, and expense management. Your leadership abilities shine in complex environments, and you have a knack for determining key priorities. Your strong organisational and time management skills will be crucial in this role.

Prior experience in the retail sector is an advantage

Proven ability to drive sales and focus on customer needs

Experience managing multiple stores including strategizing, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, merchandising, and marketing

Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to determine key priorities
