  1. Receives incoming deliveries and stock requisition slip from production and departments. Complete daily logs at end of the shift. 2. Checks and validates documents received against actual receives based on specification. 3. Reports any discrepancy on actual stock delivers against document. 4. Release stocks based on Stock requisition slip from departments. 5. Conduct daily cycle count on a daily basis. 6. Reconcile on the stocks with variance and updates to system. 7. Encodes and updates deliveries receives and issuances within the day. 8. Checks the condition of stock room every day and report to supervisor and J&J any part of the stock room that may cause damage to materials that are store. 9. Check's stockroom capacity to avoid overstocking. 10. Checks on the completion of Documents (sales invoice, delivery receipt Purchase request and PO no). 11. Accomplish receiving report and forwards to accounting all materials receives with complete documents. 12. Participates in all inventory activities. 13. Ensure that our industrial equipment is in good working condition. 14. Checks daily maintenance records before using our equipment's. 15. Ensure that are industrial equipment are clean. 16. Ensure the quality of materials that are during issuances. 17. Ensure the safety handling and driving at all times. 18. Reports to supervisor material that are obsolete and non –moving. 19. Load Finished product and unload materials and have it stored and moved to warehouse. 20. Performs preventive maintenance check up on all industrial equipment's under the section. 21. They operate in standard operating procedures and job safety. 22. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
