Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing administrative and general staff assistanceScreens and assists visitors and callers in a professional wayKeeps track of the schedule of appointments and meetingsUpdates and maintains the calendar of activitiesSchedules and organizes meetingsArranges business itineraries and coordinates travel requirementsAttends to all incoming and outgoing correspondences and ensures that these are promptly given to the appropriate personnelTakes charge of collecting and distributing/routing communication materials (eg. reports)Participates actively in meetings, training programs and other developmental workMonitoring on daily, weekly and monthly sales report Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.Good communication skillsAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaue City, CebuWith 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
