Service Technician

The Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing service operations on site, adhering to service contract requirements, company policies, and KONE processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors
  • Interact with customers, end-users, supervisors, account representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with the KONE Customer Care Centre, technical support, and stock keepers to resolve issues and improve service quality
  • Participate in technician specialization programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Diploma in electronics, electrical power, or mechanical engineering
  • Local language skills
  • Valid motor license in the Philippines
