Main Responsibilities:

  • Advise Corporate Compliance partners and BU management on potential impacts of business developments related to laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Implement Corporate Compliance programs within business units and serve as a contact point for inquiries from partners and regulators.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance and BU standards, resolve issues, and enhance procedures to meet guidelines.
  • Assist in implementing compliance programs, identifying training needs, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement to meet compliance guidelines and recommend necessary updates.
  • Collaborate with business partners, regulators, and auditors on compliance matters.
  • Operate independently with a focus on compliance risk avoidance.
  • Act as a compliance resource and may mentor junior employees.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in risk management and compliance.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and organizational abilities.
