Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design and facilitate soft-skill training and well-being activities that will aid and support employees at alllevels of the organization.Conduct individual and team check-in sessions to provide opportunities for employees to communicate their personal and work experiences and to initially address their wellbeing needs.Liaise and coordinate with our Partner Mental Health Provider.Assist the Wellness & Engagement Coordinator in preparing well-being concept papers, action plans, budgets, progress reports, and other written outputs that may be required by Management & ClientResearch on areas that will enhance ongoing wellbeing initiatives and strategies aligned with evidence-based models and the Enshored wellbeing framework.Coordinate and cooperate with Operations, Health & Wellness, and HR teams.Provide psychological and mental health first aid to employees when urgent support is necessary (onsite and virtually)
Minimum Requirement Qualifications:
Key SkillsDemonstrated experience in designing and facilitating learning sessions on subjects pertaining to mental health and wellbeing to a diverse audienceHigh emotional and social intelligence Service-oriented and self-motivatedExpert in self-care and relaxation techniques, and implements them in daily lifeHighly empathetic and with strong self-management skills The ability to build strong relationships in a dynamic work environment Maintain calmness and composure even in crisis and emergenciesOpen to feedback and constructive criticismEducation and ExperienceBachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Master's degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, Social Work or Guidance & Counseling is an advantageCertification in Psychological & Mental Health First Aid or Mental Health First Response requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience working in the Wellness/Well-being field, Healthcare Industry, or bothExperience in a BPO set-up is preferredDemonstrated competency in the following areas is also required:Excellent communication skills and strong people skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsProven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersExcellent facilitation, training and public speaking skillsLanguage SkillsAbove Average communication skills in English
