Job Description

The Manager, Actuarial Pricing role is responsible for pricing, feasibility testing, and reviewing product initiatives aligned with the company's strategy. They will prepare and review documents and regulatory requirements for product approvals, provide support in implementation and execution, and offer technical support to client/distributor service requests, campaigns, partnerships, feasibility studies, and business cases. Collaboration with internal teams such as Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Distribution is crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Pricing, feasibility testing, and reviewing product initiatives aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Reviewing gating documents and regulatory requirements for necessary product approvals.
  • Implementation and execution of product initiatives by ensuring system and operational readiness through user acceptance testing and technical support.
Technical Support
  • Provide technical support for client/distributor service requests, campaigns, partnerships, feasibility studies, and business cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Distribution.

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Statistics
  • Associate of the Actuarial Society of the Philippines/Society of Actuaries
  • Strong analytical, communication, relationship, and time management skills
  • Possess qualities of integrity, credibility, and a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
