What is your mission?

We are seeking a talented and motivated Creative Coordinator to join our team. As a creative coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the creative team with their projects and internal processes. You will work closely with the graphic designer, contributing to the development of new hospitality brands and refreshing existing ones. Additionally, you'll become proficient in utilizing project management software to efficiently field requests, track time, manage billing, and assist with creative projects for the department.

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Collaborate with the Creative Team:

Support the graphic designer and other creative team members in executing creative requests and projects.Assist in the brainstorming and development of creative concepts for various hospitality brands.Project Management:Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.Utilize project management software to track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure efficient workflow.Media and Graphic Design:Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to create, edit, and optimize visual content.Organize and maintain creative assets, including design files, PDFs, and images, performing tasks such as resizing, rendering, compressing, and editing.Quality Control and Standards:Ensure all creative projects adhere to the client's standards and procedures.Review and provide feedback on creative outputs to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality expectations.Billing and Documentation:Assess, track, and bill creative projects accurately according to company
standards.Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, billing, and time tracking. Who are we looking for?Portfolio demonstrating knowledge of design and illustration fundamentals.Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Illustration (Adobe Illustrator and Procreate), and some experience using project management tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to each brand's visual guidelines.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Familiarity with marketing strategies and social media platforms.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
