Your Role

This position is responsible for overseeing Tax activities, Compliance, and Board of Investment (BOI) related tasks for the Global Service in Cebu. Your main focus will be on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of all necessary reports and filings.

Your Responsibilities
  • Apply current knowledge of PEZA/BOI and BIR practices to ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Ensure all required Licenses and Permits are obtained and kept up to date.
  • Assist management by assessing regulatory needs for new business development plans.
  • Adhere to internal tax reporting and local statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and provide information and documentation for both internal and external auditors.
  • Submit necessary paperwork to BIR and other local agencies to ensure accurate tax payments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for tax advisory as needed and stay informed about changes in regulations related to tax matters.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bring 3-5 years of experience in PEZA and Relevant Audit/Consultancy.
  • Have familiarity with PEZA/BOI documentation and processes.
  • Prior exposure to Tax Audits and interactions with BIR.
