Job Qualification:Graduate of a 4 year course.Has 2 work experienced in IT fieldWilling to be assigned at Tagaytay City. Duties and Responsibilities:Team Management- Supervise and provide leadership to a team of IT/AV professionals, including IT Specialist, IT Helpdesk Specialist, and A/V technicians. Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance, providing guidance and feedback to team members.Officer-In-Charge- Acting OIC in the absence of IT&T ManagerCCTV Systems Installation- Install, configure, and set up CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and associated equipment. Mount cameras in strategic locations, runs cables and ensure proper wiring and connections. Configure cameras angles, views and settings to meet specific surveillance requirements.Maintenance and Repairs- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance. Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Replace faulty or damaged components such as cameras, cables, connectors, and power supplies. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and systems.Documentation- Accurate records of CCTV installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Create documentation and reports related to system configurations and performance.Network Integration- Integrate CCTV systems with the organization's network for remote monitoring and access. Configure network settings and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Ensure network security and reliability during events.Team Collaboration- Collaborate with security personnel, IT teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate security efforts and address security concerns.Phone Line Management- Manage phone line resources, including adding, moving, or removing phone lines as needed. Ensure proper cabling and connectivity for all phone devices.Testing and Quality Assurance- Conduct testing and quality assurance procedures to verify the functionality and performance of telephony systems. Monitor call quality and make adjustments as necessary.Hardware and Software Licensing- Monitor hardware and software licensing compliance and assist in hardware and software procurement and license management.
