Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Coffee Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee, from bean to cup, and will be able to effectively share this knowledge with our clients and team members. As a Coffee Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing educational materials, and ensuring that our clients and staff are well-versed in the art and science of coffee making.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for baristas, clients, and internal staff on various aspects of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and equipment maintenance.

Develop and update educational materials and training programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Assist in the evaluation and selection of coffee beans and equipment for training purposes.

Provide expert advice and support to clients on coffee-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote training programs and workshops.

Stay informed about the latest developments in the coffee industry and continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a barista or coffee instructor, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative training sessions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for coffee and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices in the industry.

Certification from a recognized coffee training institution is a plus.
