Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Coffee Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee, from bean to cup, and will be able to effectively share this knowledge with our clients and team members. As a Coffee Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing educational materials, and ensuring that our clients and staff are well-versed in the art and science of coffee making.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions for baristas, clients, and internal staff on various aspects of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and equipment maintenance.

- Develop and update educational materials and training programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

- Assist in the evaluation and selection of coffee beans and equipment for training purposes.

- Provide expert advice and support to clients on coffee-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote training programs and workshops.

- Stay informed about the latest developments in the coffee industry and continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a barista or coffee instructor, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative training sessions.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Passion for coffee and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices in the industry.

- Certification from a recognized coffee training institution is a plus.
