Who are we looking for:

As a Loss & Prevention Assistant Manager, you are expected to be responsible for the safety of the organization's premises, assets, personnel, and visitors. Involves coordinating security measures, conducting security assessments, implementing security protocols, and providing guidance to security staff.

Overseeing day-to-day security operations, including monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and responding to security incidents.Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard the organization's resources and mitigate risks.Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for enhancing security measures.Act as a point of contact during security emergencies, coordinate responses with law enforcement agencies, and ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders.Assist in managing security technologies such as access control systems, CCTV cameras, and alarm systems, ensuring their proper functioning and maintenance.Support security investigations into incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities, gather evidence, and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve issues and prevent recurrences.Assist in preparing security reports, incident logs, and documentation to maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.What does it take to be part of the team?Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field (preferred).Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience in security operations.
Experience in retail or FMCG is preferred. Knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Certification in security-related fields (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP) is a plus.Willing to be assigned in: Calamba, Laguna
