Role Description
Furukawa Thermal Laguna is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QAQC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control, with at least two years of relevant experience. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with company standards.Conduct rigorous testing methodologies to assess product quality and reliability.Review and interpret technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues.Develop and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics, highlighting any areas of concern.Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.At least 2 years of previous work experience in a Quality Engineer role or similar position.Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and various testing methodologies.Strong understanding of technical documentation and the ability to interpret complex information.Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control processes.Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.Additional certification in Quality Assurance and Control is a plus.
