About the role

As a QA at Matex Planetary Drive International Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing operations in Calamba City Laguna. In this full-time position, you will be part of a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure our products consistently meet or exceed industry regulations and customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

Develop, implement and continuously improve quality assurance processes and proceduresAnalyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issuesTrain the quality assurance team to enhance their skills and knowledgeEnsure compliance with all relevant quality standardsReport on quality metrics and recommend corrective actions to managementWhat we're looking forProven track record as a quality assurance in a manufacturing environmentResponsible for customer communication and Quality reports / Improvements (KAIZEN) etc.Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of the organizationAbility to lead and develop a team of quality assurance professionalsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineer & Mechanical Engineer or Electromechanical
