Management Trainee, Quality Assurance
We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. As a Training Specialist, you'll be responsible of orchestrating our training and development programs, ensuring the success of our new hires, and driving continuous improvement in our training processes. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in making a positive impact on our team's performance.
Responsibilities
§Assist Managers with coaching and developing a team. §Understand all online and offline processes / procedures. §Develop and execute a comprehensive new hire onboarding program.
§Ensure the timely delivery of training materials to support classes. §Stay actively informed of all site and client policy/procedural changes as they occur and articulate them to team accurately§Provide individual training and support for new/existing members of the team. §Oversee the progress of trainees and graduating classes, providing guidance and support.
§Assist direct Manager and Supervisors with team performance reporting, scheduling training and quality assurance for the team. §Actively provide inputs to training curriculum, quality assurance methodology and operational tools & technology enhancements. §Be the go-to expert in all aspects of user-facing support and internal tools for the team§Analyze training metrics and implement improvements.
§Adress unforeseen challenges and deliverables as they arise. §Identify and solve areas of opportunity for enhancing the training process. §Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
. Minimum 6 months prior direct phones experience
85% in both spoken and written English
Problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in M.S Office software specially in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure under specific goals and targets, manage NPS and AHT
Results oriented and good people skills.
Banking Background is a must.
