Join Bureau Veritas as an HSE Manager to lead the implementation of safety practices, contribute to building a safer energy sector, and work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, performing risk assessments, offering safety leadership, and promoting a strong safety culture. As a dedicated HSE professional, you will work closely with Project Management and Leadership Teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and effective HSE management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Risk Assessment & Safety Audits: Perform safety audits, safety walks, and risk assessments, providing recommendations to mitigate hazards.
  • Leadership & Training: Offer visible safety leadership, coaching, and mentoring to safety personnel and trainees.
  • Safety Culture: Promote a strong safety culture, increasing awareness and performance throughout operational areas.
  • Incident Management: Lead the investigation and close-out of incidents.
  • Project Support: Provide health and safety advice throughout all phases of project planning.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and develop local health and safety procedures.
  • Team Coordination: Lead HSE team members in a cooperative manner.
  • Communication & Networking: Coordinate health and safety communication processes.
  • Audit & Inspection: Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HSE management.
  • OSHA certified and DOLE accredited Safety Practitioner.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful HSE programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
