Cashier I Taguig

As a Cashier, you will be a member of the outlet team, responsible for balancing shift settlement with computer totals.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Adhering to Sodexo's Service Standards
• Carrying out duties and responsibilities as scheduled
• Reporting for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag
• Attending service briefings and training classes
• Participating in Sodexo meetings and activities
• Providing a courteous and professional service at all times
• Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and departments
• Understanding and adhering to Sodexo policies and client expectations
• Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Carrying out reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Adhering to cashiering standards and procedures
• Recording sales accurately on outlet checks
• Promptly posting charges to in-house folios
• Properly accounting for shift cash receipts and handling cash float
• Balancing shift settlement with computer totals
• Signing off from computer and dropping banking into the drop safe
• Following cash handling procedures to prevent losses

Key Competencies:

• High school diploma
• 6 months of cashiering experience
• Good numerical skills
• Immaculate personal presentation and strong communication skills
• Ability to operate POS system and related software functions
• High integrity and honesty
• Strong service mind and ability to resolve customer charge inquiries
• Good team player and positive mindset
