Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Associate is to prepare and complete client questionnaires and other deliverables on a Quarterly, Semi Annual and Annual Basis with highest level of accuracy and within a predetermined time set forth in the work allocation. Prepare reports for Clients and/or validate accuracy of data for the Clients.Associate is expected to properly communicate with Information Suppliers to gather requirements for reporting and deliverables. Ensure that assigned questionnaires are prepared and completed in conjunction to its Reviewer schedule.Plan, monitor, and ensure completion of processes and deliverables in each process workflow including emails.Participate in the team initiatives including but not limited to process reviews whenever needed, maintenance of process documentations, and relevant process improvement projects.Any related process as required by the team Qualification:At least 2 years' experience doing RFP work and fully understands how to prepare all the relevant deliverables and processes.At least 1-2 years' experience with RFPIO / Responsive tool or another similar alternative - e.g. Loopio, QorusDocs, PandaDoc, Proposify, RocketDocs, Qwir, Ombud, Qvidian, RFP365 Excellent command of the English language – decoding, fluency, vocabulary, sentence construction and cohesion, reasoning, working memory and attention.Ability to operate within a collaborative, team-oriented culture as well as operate independentlyWell organized, detail oriented; able to multi-task and keep track of various deadlines Education and ExperienceCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, Communications, Legal and other related business course.The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of how an investment management firm operates.Experience working with primary asset classes and financial products (equities, fixed-income and derivatives such as futures, forwards, etc.) is preferred. Should be amenable to work on mid-shift/late-mid-shit schedule *To be eligible with the Sign-On Bonus, identified candidate should be available to on-board within the month of July 2024.
