Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess in Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management or equivalent. 3- 5 years of experience working in a Travel agency as reservation staff/assistantComputer literate (Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel) Proficient in the English language Flexible - willing to work in any schedule (weekends and holidays)Flexible - willing to work in any shift (Day shift / Middle shift / Night shift) Flexible - willing to work in any office (Makati Branch / Laguna Branch) Experience working in a BPO setup is a plus but not required Knowledgeable in reservation systems (AMADEUS or similar system)Experience in data encoding Can Multi-task Time Management skills Job Duties & Responsibilities:Communicating with our international network via email and calls Data Encoding Online Reservation Management Process bookings via emailMonitor bookings schedulesInvoice processing Virtual card payment process Benefits:Yearly Performance AppraisalSkill Set AppraisalHMO & Group Life InsuranceGovernment-mandated (SSS, PHIC, and HDMF)Annual Team Building ActivitiesMonthly CelebrationsWFH Credits* - upon regularization*
