We are seeking strong, experienced, full time Receptionists on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must come from quality restaurant background and be customer focused, organized and highly professional.

High level of professionalism and reliability in a restaurant environmentA fantastic grasp of the English language.A warm and often used smileA strong and friendly phone mannerKnowledge of restaurant booking systems such as OPENTABLE.Capability of running a busy reception desk in a sizeable restaurantTypical duties may include but not be limited to:Answering the telephones, taking and maximizing bookings.Meeting, greeting and seating guests.Delivering excellent customer service skills and handling all guests complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.Be available to work any given day of the week; the restaurant is in operation 7 days per week.
