Job Duties and Responsibilities:

First point of contact of the guests in the restaurantGreet and welcome customers as they approach the door while maintaining a friendly and professional manner.Responsible for guest headcounts, maintains waiting list and coordinates seating for proper accommodation.Ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed and coordinated efficiently.Assist in dealing and answering guest's inquiries about restaurant menus and products.Build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.Assist in presenting menus to guests and offers assistance if necessary.Observe guests to respond to any additional needs.Answers telephone and transfers calls or answers questions accordingly.Be familiarized with Standard Operating Procedures and Health Regulations of the restaurant.Ensure everything was satisfactory and invite guests to return.Bid farewell to guests as they leavePerform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
