EverFree Philippines seeks a Program Support and Admin Assistant to provide administrative, logistical, and other related support to ensure effective delivery of EverFree programs and services.

EverFree Philippines, previously known as Paglaum Training International (PTI), is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in the Philippines. For over 14 years, it has been serving survivors of exploitation and at-risk individuals.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Administrative Support**
+ Revolving Fund Custodian: Review revolving fund requests, release payments, and prepare revolving fund vouchers for weekly cash count.
+ Process reimbursements, record payments, and deposit grants/collections received.
+ Act as custodian of accountable forms and prepare official receipts.
• **Procurement**
+ Process purchase requests, source out suppliers, and negotiate effective payment schemes.
+ Review delivery receipts and process payment to suppliers.
+ Prepare transmittal and distribution/delivery to requesting employees.
• **Fixed Assets**
+ Conduct inventory and monitor movement of all fixed assets.
+ Track and update employee individual asset accountability forms.
+ Facilitate repairs and disposal of fixed assets as needed.
• **General Admin**
+ Facilitate processing of renewal of business permits and monitoring of government requirements.
+ Receive and screen visitors, telephone calls, and correspondence.
+ Keep directory containing key partners and suppliers contact information up to date.
+ Ensure office supplies are replenished every quarter and readily available for use.
• **Program Support**
+ Provide support during program events.
+ Facilitate the canvassing and booking of venues as needed.
+ Facilitate the booking of transportation services as needed by program staff.
• **Other Tasks**
+ Participate in team meetings, general assembly, and other organizational meetings.
+ Participate in group organizational activities.
+ Prepare reports, documentation, and other data as needed by the organization.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration/Management, Accountancy, or other related courses.
• At least one year work experience in office administration and project implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
• High intellectual curiosity and strong willingness to continually learn and strengthen one's professional knowledge and skills.
• Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with people from different social backgrounds.
• Ability to develop a genuine passion for the mission of EverFree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
