The Role

At SellerX we are growing our Enterprise Application unit and now we are looking for an Integrations Associate to join our team. In this role you will be integrating critical components of our architecture, including the marketplace, 3PL warehouse, and ERP system. Sounds exciting? Apply today

Your Responsibilities in Detail

Maintenance of Celigo:
Check for errors in Celigo or NetSuite.Bugfix, troubleshoot, and ensure error-handling protocols.Implement new features and changes.Set up new integrations:Create new workflows in Celigo.Conduct thorough testing and ensure integration functionality.Roll out new integrations seamlessly and maintain up-to-date documentation.Supporting helpdesk:Resolve errors reported to the helpdesk promptly.Proactively reduce backlog in helpdesk tickets.Engage in stakeholder management to address concerns and provide effective support.Monitoring of workflows:
Regularly check for backlogs in workflow processes.Communicate updates and issues to stakeholders.Track and analyze performance metrics, ensuring scheduled workflows function correctly. Your Background

Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated expertise in working with middleware systems (Celigo preferred)/ ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) / APIs (Postman preferred).Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and familiarity with task management tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. . Attention to details and ability to adapt to and leverage various technologies effectively.Previous experience of working with Amazon is not mandatory, but beneficial.
