- Contribute to the development and maintenance of CIRM Strategy, Framework, Policies, Minimum Standards, Procedures, Methods, and Techniques
- Perform parts of the functional oversight of the global IRM/BCM community through QA reviews as part of our functional steering role
- Act as a trusted IRM-BCM advisor to 1st LoD management and 1st LoD and 2nd LoD NFR risk specialists
- Identify external and internal developments, initiatives, and threats and proactively translate them into IRM/BCM Vision, Mission, and Strategy of ING Bank
- Participate in and challenge the risks of key strategic (IT/BCM) programs and projects, and report on them periodically
- Participate in risk assessments on specific Operational Risk or Information Risk projects and programs, providing guidance to junior ORM, BCM, and IRM colleagues
- Create and publish strategic and ad-hoc risk analyses, risk papers, and risk reports through fact-finding, research, and documentation activities
- Contribute to the identification of the impact of regulatory changes, ECB reports, etc., and monitor the resolution of regulatory issues
- Develop and maintain training modules and provide training to the IRM-BCM community
- Challenge, monitor, and advise on the results of CMO exercises within BCM
