Our product allows companies to manage content planning, creation, and distribution all in one place, store content and media in a shared repository, and receive in-depth insights into how content performs.Founded in 1998, Aprimo has offices: Belgium, Netherlands, Philippines, United Kingdom, including Chicago headquarters in United States.POSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Front End Software Developer at Aprimo R&D will be building, testing, and deploying an Azure cloud-based web application which allows users around the world to collaborate within the Marketing enterprise space.Your main target is to deliver an excellent, innovative SAAS solution which contains complex, state-of-the-art and yet user friendly and intuitive functionalities and provide global customers an excelling user experience. This user experience goes from scoping until customer support. In our technology we use many frameworks and technologies such as .Net, React, Angular, Powershell, Elasticsearch, Redis, SignalR, and others.Your goal is to continuously improve the team and processes, drive and facilitate change, to frequently deliver value to our customers without violating our 99.9x% uptime to our customers. Once the solution is available to our customers, you and the team should follow the new capability by checking the behavior, customer acceptance and resolve issues, if needed. You will be challenged to work with different technologies and to come up with realistic and technically sound solutions. Creating intuitive and performant software should be seen as obvious, because our solutions work with lots of data and have a broad, geo-graphical spread, and customer base. This you will do in a co-located team which is one of many teams across the globe (e.g., Amsterdam, Birmingham, Ghent, Manila, Melbourne, and the United States). The teams work in an agile work environment where we continuously challenge ourselves to improve and take employee experience into account while working fully remotely or working from home.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Your main responsibility is to develop software (new, adapt and extend) specifically on frontend development matters to make sure our software products meet the business and functional requirements.Hereby, take ownership from design, over implementation to testing, focused on automated testing, make sure the solutions align with the technology vision, strategy, and architecture, to be involved to adapt if needed.Adapt the necessary periphery around the product to allow R&D and none-R&D teams to deploy the code and infrastructure, to monitor the system health and usage, and troubleshoot.Be involved in the sustainability process by resolving bugs in production.Perform and build constructive team environment helping colleagues and co-creation to focus on front-end development areas.Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned as requiredCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU'RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:The Essentials - Preferred4 – 7 years of related experienceBachelor's Degree in business or computer-related discipline or equivalent years' experienceYou enjoy working with several technologies and you're eager to learnYou have solid coding skills especially on a front-end development levelWhen designing software, you take performance, upgradability, supportability, maintainability, product compliancy, and high-level architectural fit into account.You come up with realistic solutions related towards timing, technical complexity, and budget.You have experience working or would like to work on large scale enterprise applications and know how to create performance applications which can handle big data and user loads.You like working on long-term software products and are not looking for consultancy gigs.You have excellent analytic skills to analyze customer issues, you're persistent to resolve them and have good communication skills to keep all parties up to date.You have a passion for understanding customers and their needs.You have strong communications skills and are enthusiastic about cross-team collaboration.You're detail oriented and enjoy challengesYou're fluent in English (writing and conversation)You're proactive: add to this list and let us know about itWhat kind of culture do we have?
