QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 2-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES which is expected to be performed successfully:Reports to Human Resources Manager and Senior Payroll Accounting Officer.Provides specialized clerical and administrative support to HR department especially in assisting newly hired workers and assisting them for payroll disputes, government loans and documents for submission when filing Sickness/ECC and Maternity benefits. Checks time sheets, trip tickets and Overtime forms and accurately inputting data into it. Ensures that all documents are signed and approved by the immediate head on a daily basis.Emails to Operations Manager/Operations Support Manager all Sunday/Holiday OT request.Weekly and monthly reports of attendance and overtime requests to be submitted to Human Resource (HR) and Accounting for final payroll calculation.Verifies attendance, hours worked and adjustments while tracking overtime hours/actual work rendered. Register the new and transferred workers at biometric and report to IT and HR if biometrics is malfunctioning. Report transferred employees to HR.Submits Daily manpower report for every sub-con.Prepares transmittal of Manpower Request Form for new or additional workers assigned here under Subcontractor/s.Takes notes of activities for rendering Overtime. Monitors manpower activities during overtime on site and updates Daily Manpower report.Prepares and updates Attendance and OT Request Forms of our Admin workers as attachment to their printed bio record which will be sent to Accounting Department every weekly cutoff.Prepares and updates OT Request Forms of Weekly and Monthly Paid Employees as attachment to the printed bio record and/or DTR and submit to HR Department every cutoffPerforms other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
