Job Description
Health and Safety Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular HSE meetings(Internal and external), safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.Promote a culture of safety through training programs, safety campaigns, and continuous engagement with employees.Security Management:
Oversee the implementation of security protocols to protect company assets, personnel, and operations from potential threats.Collaborate with local authorities and security agencies to ensure the security of company facilities and personnel.Develop and manage emergency response and crisis management plans, ensuring readiness for any security-related incidents.Environmental Management:
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability initiatives.Oversee the management of waste, emissions, and resource utilization to minimize the environmental impact of operations.Lead environmental impact assessments and ensure the implementation of mitigation measures.Promote environmental awareness and best practices across the organization.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Professional certifications such as COSH, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Osh practitioner, preferably within the Telecoms industry.In-depth knowledge of Philippine regulations, standards, and best practices.Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.-
