The Tax SMA (Separately Managed Accounts) Team is responsible for the overall administration of the Flex SMA product. As a separately managed account, this includes but not limited to coordination across the following teams: Business Development, Client Reporting, Portfolio Implementation, Finance, Portfolio Operations, Engineering, Fund Treasury.

General Responsibilities (Tax SMA Offshore):

Prepare and complete assigned deliverables with highest level of accuracy within a predetermined time set forth in work allocationEnsure that assigned deliverables are prepared and completed in conjunction to its reviewer schedule.All members should be aware and able to perform the standard procedure of a proper hand off, both offshore and onshoreIdentify potential initiatives and process improvementsSupport the team by acting as back up in the absence of team member/sActively manage daily emails and take action as needed in accordance with team guidelinesParticipate in team initiatives/engagements whenever neededAny related process as required by the team.Core Duties and Responsibilities (Tax SMA Offshore)

Operational Checks

Daily review of all active/pipeline accountsMonitoring of various dashboards, and reportsProvide updates on designated checksData ChecksPerform various data checks as requestedUpdate different reports on a periodical basisConduct checks related to onboarding/analysis requestsQualification:
  1. Understanding of various financial instruments e.g., stocks, bonds, money market, etc. and/or investment funds e.g., Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, etc.
  2. Experienced in any stage of the trading or account lifecycle (Fund Accounting, Pre and Post Trade Activities, Client Service, Fees Management, etc.)
  3. 2 – 3 years' background on financial industry is preferred.
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications specially Outlook and Excel (Command of pivot, lookups, logical statements)
  5. Salesforce experience is preferred.
  6. Possess excellent communication (oral and written) and client service skills
  7. Can work with minimal supervision and deliver high quality output.
  8. Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
  10. Amenable to work on Midshift to Night Shift.
  11. Comfortable working in rapidly changing, team-based work environmentEducation and Experience
    1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial Management, Banking & Finance, Business Management or other related courses
