Office Staff

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Staff to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous manner
- Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide support to the management team as needed
- Maintain confidential information and records
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
