Job Description:

Responsible for leading customer engagement to ensure that it aligns with scope, time, budget, and quality expectations, by strategically planning, controlling, and overseeing customer projects. Oversees corporate, customer, and third-party vendor collaborations to strategize, sell, and execute solutions for customer issues. Manages both business and team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing customer project delivery.
  • Managing revenue as outlined in Impact section.
  • Handling large/ moderately complex/ local or sub-region projects.
  • Addressing medium/high-risk projects.
  • Handling legal and commercial issues of medium complexity.
  • Oversight of project financials, including P&L.
  • Achieving or surpassing approved budgets.
  • Providing accurate financial forecasts to the management team.
  • Leading business development initiatives.
  • Identifying and cultivating new opportunities within ongoing projects.
  • Supporting qualification and assessment of opportunities for large and moderately complex projects.
  • Serving as the opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.
  • Managing client relationships.
  • Overseeing client delivery relationships at mid to upper levels.
  • Acting as a key representative of the organization to external customers/clients.
  • Supervising the project team.
  • Managing internal and external resources within a team of fewer than 20 individuals.
  • Mentoring and promoting skill development of project team members.
  • Providing input for performance reviews and identifying areas of development for team members.

Required Education and Experience:

  • First Level University degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management or similar roles/businesses.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrating a profound understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies related to project management.
  • Exhibiting expertise across various levels of project management methods.
  • Active participation in the company PM Professions community.
  • Progressing towards PMP Certification.
