About the role

Nostrano Forma Co. is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time Project Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all day-to-day operations on construction sites, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solvingLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaborationMonitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on trackEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsProvide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environmentPrepare detailed progress reports, cost analyses, and other project documentationWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or in a similar construction management roleStrong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principlesExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawingsProficient in the use of construction management software and toolsEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teamsA valid driver's license and the ability to travel to construction sites as neededWhat we offerCompetitive salary and bonus structureComprehensive health and wellness benefits packageOpportunities for career development and growth within the companyCollaborative and supportive work environmentFlexible working arrangements and work-life balance initiativesAbout us
