Privacy Officer for Risk and Incident Management

Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Assist in minimizing privacy risk enterprise-wide

Provide initial feedback to DPO on a privacy-related inquiry within 24 hours when requested.

II. Assist in monitoring and resolving privacy incidents in a timely manner

Provide a weekly report of all internal and external privacy-related incidents and matters elevated to the DPO on a weekly basis.Draft personal data breach notifications within 24 hours of knowledge of the occurrence of a personal data breach.Provide an initial assessment of the data subject request to the DPO within 3 days from receipt of the request. III. Assist in the development of corporate and privacy-related policies

Assist in the development and review of the Privacy Manual

IV. Resolve Privacy Incidents and Data Subject Requests in a Timely Manner

Resolve privacy-related incidents elevated to the National Privacy Commission or other government authorities within a reglementary period without the imposition of monetary penalties.Submit personal data breach notifications within 72 hours from knowledge of or reasonable belief that the breach occurred, provided no extension was issued by the NPC.Respond to data subject requests within 15 days and resolve the same within 30 days from receipt of the request, provided that no extension of 15 days is required for the resolution of the request V. Others:Support the Data Privacy Team in its privacy-related efforts and undertakings.Any other related duties as may be assigned by the Data Protection Officer. Education and Experience Requirements:Must have at least 3 years of work experience.Actual Data Privacy practice or experience will be an advantage.Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications sector or in a highly regulated sector is a plus. Qualifications:Relevant privacy certifications are a plus, such as Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Must possess writing ability and oral communication skills.Must possess a high level of work ethic and the ability to maintain confidential information.Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision.Must have the ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently.Excellent analytical, research, interpersonal, and facilitative skills.Ability to adapt as the organization evolves
