Management (Information & Communication Technology)

Ensures the daily availability and performance of the organization's business systems within the company's set policies and guidelines with the objective of supporting and ensuring business continuity and productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • STRATEGY FORMULATION
    • Develop a long-range plan that ensures performance, integrity, reliability, and security of all business systems to ensure business operations continuity.
    • Develop systems use and security policies, procedures and standards, including procedures for software migration and problem management, and instruct and advise direct reports of any changes.
  • PLANNING AND EXECUTION
    • Hold regular discussions on Systems and IT infrastructure to discuss performance and areas of improvement while collaborating with other Business Units to cascade and implement priority action plans concerning main integrated business applications
  • Coordinates with the various systems providers for its maintenance support and database security
  • Identifies, tracks, manages, and resolves systems & technology support issues
  • Manages one or more IT projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction
  • Maintains and safekeeps assigned company assets in order to ensure proper utilization and good working order of resources
  • PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
    • Provide technical direction, coaching, and evaluation towards subordinates to ensure high performance, career growth, and meeting of set KPIs

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Science or any computer-related course
  • With 8 to 9 years' experience in a computer support environment, and computer project or technical staff management with 5 to 6 years of IT management experience
  • Has knowledge and experience on the theory, principles and practices of systems analysis, design, and development
  • Has knowledge of computer security procedures
  • Has knowledge on Business Warehouse and Business Intelligence
  • Has experience on SQL database management
  • Has experience in adminstrative/technical experience in server system administration, hardware, and software necessary to a LAN environment and a variety of microcomputer applications
  • With license/s, certifications, or trainings on:
    • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
    • Microsoft SQL Server Architecture and related utilities
    • IT Project Management
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon City
