Our law firm is looking for an accounting officer to manage the financial bookkeeping of our firm.
Responsibilities
Fund and cash management.Maintaining files for collection and disbursement.Preparing daily collection reports.Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.Preparing out-of-pocket expenses regularlyMonitoring expenditure and profits and providing reportsPreparing Billing Statements for clients, cheques, and payrolls.Preparing monthly remittances of statutory benefits.Computing payroll and preparing check vouchers.Preparing monthly account reconciliation Requirements: A degree in accounting or related coursePrevious working experience as an Accounting Officer is a plus but fresh graduates are welcome to applyKnowledge and competency in accounting principles.Knowledgeable with BIR and SEC procedures/processKnowledgeable with Mandatories (SSS, Philhealth and PAG-IBIG)Administration skillsProficiency in MS Excel.Can start as soon as possible
