Job Description: Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our furniture sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture design and home décor, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various channels (in-store, online, phone calls).

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our furniture product line, including materials, design features, and customization options, to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening to recommend the most suitable products.

Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Store Presentation: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout, including arranging and displaying products to highlight features and benefits.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.

After-Sales Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service, addressing any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in furniture or home décor.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to understand and articulate technical product details.

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month

Benefits:
