Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions:

As a Senior Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our technology initiatives. You will lead a team of skilled developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the successful execution of projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Experience: Proven 5-10 years' experience as lead developer with expertise in JavaScript, NoSQL databases, mobile and web development.

Skillset:

  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Fullstack Development: Lead and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of fullstack applications and systems.
  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and maintainable architecture and design solutions that align with business goals.
  • Coding and Development: Hands-on coding and development across the entire technology stack, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee best practices for testing and quality assurance to guarantee the reliability and robustness of our applications.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their applicability to our projects.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, coding standards, and development guidelines.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a technical expert, troubleshooting complex issues and providing innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a focus on , MongoDB, and mobile development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of and MongoDB, including best practices.
  • Experience with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native development).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
