Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.

● Develop familiarity with key documentation related to product(s) under support.

● Consistently direct customer(s) to correct product or documentation in order to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

● Contribute to team efficiency by understanding and consistently adhering to different support processes on case handling, escalation(s), hand-Off(s), bug filing/resolution, case routing, and case root-cause categorization and analysis.

● Replicate customer problem(s), independently and consistently adhering to team processes for filing bug(s) (Product and Documentation) and feature request(s).

● Write clear troubleshooting documentation and customer communication(s), defining the troubleshooting next step(s) and workaround(s) where possible, and empathize with customer need(s) and pain point(s).

● Drive Change in Tool(s), Processes, and Product(s) to Eliminate Pain Point(s) at their Root.

● Drive Complex Support Case(s) to Resolution while Maintaining Response SLO(S) and CSAT Target(s), Resolve Advanced Customer request(s) (i.e. Interpreting Around Unusual Alert(s) and Alarm(s), License Type(s) and Product(s)) and High Production Quality Expectation(s)

● Handle Case Consult(s) and Escalation(s) from Level 1 Agent(s), Carry Out Technical Case Review(s) for Level 1 and/or Level 2 Agent(s), Debug Customer issue(s) for a variety of Case(s), Review Test sample(s) and Provide Solution(s)

● Promote Team Efficiency by Creating, Maintaining, and Sharing FAQ(S), How-To(s), and Knowledge-Base Article(s), Ensure Document(s) Get Reviewed by FTE(s) Before Publishing

● Improve Product Documentation(s) by Consistently Reporting Error(s) and Suggesting Correction(s) and fix

● Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.

● Demonstrate Excellent Communication Skills while Interacting with Peer(s) (FTE and TVC – Full-Time Employee(s) and Temporary Vendor Contractor(s)

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

· 2-4 Year(s) Experience and Background as a Salesforce developer, including a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations (Similar Function from any Industry Considered)

· Industry Standard Certification(s) Preferred (Salesforce Developer, Platform Developer I

and II, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Architect)

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.

· Seen as an Expert (or Subject Matter Expert) among Peer(s) – Capable of Delivering Lighting Talk(s) and Training to Team Member(s)

· Application Support and Content Management Experience

· Seen as an Escalation Point for both Level 1 and Level 2 with regards to Complex Processes, Case Handling, Debugging Customer Issue(s) – Has the Knowledge to Address the Queries of Junior Team Member(s)

· Handle and Support Outage(s) and Call Delivery Issue(s) – Expert in Authoring Post-Mortem(s), Root-Cause Analysis, and Process Documentation(s)

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Adopt New Product(s) or Technologies by Adhering to Operations Acceptance Process

· Demonstrates Excellent Communication Skills while Interacting with Client(s) and Leadership

· Drive Efficiency through Sharing Idea(s) to Improve Processes, Skills, and Tool(s) with Team Member(s) (FTE)

· Scripting - Write Moderate Complexity Scripts for Automation.

· Experience in Dealing with User(s)

· Maintain a High Sense of Urgency while Staying Cool Under Pressure

· Working Knowledge and Understanding of Service Management Principle(s) – Problem and Change Management
