Job Description

The opportunity

The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for management sales reporting through timely and accurate service delivery. The incumbent is responsible for the data collection and sales reporting of all Asia markets and major distribution channels in support of the continuous evolution and delivery of the management reporting within Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze large amounts of financial and non-financial sales information from different functions across all Asia markets
• Daily and monthly maintenance of miLens datamart in Essbase/Smartview and Datalake.
• Produce standard daily, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports according to the close schedule.
• Support the annual consolidated planning process for both financial and non-financial sales metrics.
• Liaise and communicate with different teams/markets on any data submission issue.
• Identify and implement process improvements that positively impacts the timeliness and data integrity of the management reports.
• Assist in the execution of focused initiatives including the migration to Datalake and continuous enhancements in Sales Power BI dashboard.
• Assist and prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports.
  

What we are looking for

• University degree in finance, business management or finance.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus)
• Experience in Essbase, Power BI, Anaplan and Datalake (DAS) would be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, with an aptitude for financial analysis and management reporting
• Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures.
• Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently with less supervision
• Flexible on shift and overtime may be required to meet business deadlines.
