Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure timely project delivery by overseeing workflows based on analytical findings.
  • Manage data integration and interpretation to guide project direction, collaborating with Project Managers and Sponsors on scope implications.
  • Create and deliver client presentations and draft insights/recommendations, utilizing data analysis for review and presentation to clients.
  • Supervise client data collection, guide junior consultants, and address any issues with clients directly.
  • Handle client inquiries, lead meetings, and facilitate project scoping and proposal development autonomously.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR and/or Consulting related to Rewards, Performance Management, and Competency Framework.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
