Job Description

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be essential in sustaining and improving our customer's infrastructure while managing escalations from our IT Services team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and troubleshooting various components of our technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role demands a deep understanding of infrastructure technologies, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities

Handling P1/S1 tickets and coordinating with additional teams and vendors as necessary.Ongoing maintenance of customer systems.Supporting automated reboots to ensure customer functionality.Conducting in-depth troubleshooting and investigations for complex or long-term issues.Improving team documentation to enhance processes and workflows.Assisting L1 support with additional tasks related to Office 365/Azure.Collaborating with dispatched technicians to resolve issues.Deploying and installing applications.Skills/CompetenciesOver 3 years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Windows Desktop Administration.More than 2 years of experience in Office 365/Azure administration.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of troubleshooting intricate infrastructure issues.Proficiency with VMWare and HyperV Virtualization Platforms.Knowledgeable in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.Hands-on experience with Backup systems like Veeam, Datto, Nakivo, etc.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks effectively without direct supervision.Skilled at summarizing complex issues promptly and clearly for clients.Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is advantageous.Familiarity with Mac/Apple systems is a bonus.Willing to work onsite.
