What you will do:

  • The Senior Transportation Manager is responsible for leading and managing the operations of the Parking, Transportation, and Valet to successfully deliver on the strategic and operational goals. He /She may be responsible for different tasks including but not limited to recruiting and training of staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, developing revenue strategies, as well as ensuring delivery of the highest quality of service to the guests of LET Westside Integrated Resort.
  • Manages and oversees the Transportation department including parking, valet, shuttle, gold carts, and limousine services.
  • Supports the Director of Guest Experiences in leading the development of the business plan, including the financial budget, as well as providing directions on the key operating principals.
  • Works closely with the Guest Experience, Sales & Marketing, Gaming and other related departments in order to achieve the maximum Air & Sea Fleet booking yield. Maintains good relationships with the traffic control authorities, airport personnel, and other supporting services at the airport.
  • Handles maintenance of fleet ensuring that all motor vehicles are up to code and in excellent condition.
  • Re-routes traffic when parking facility reaches maximum capacity and ensures the team is well informed.
  • Develops, formulates, and recommends policies and procedures to ensure better understanding and efficiency of work.
  • Identifies and recruits new staff and contributes to the development and improvement of the team by training, coaching, and evaluating performances.
  • Set KPI targets for the team to follow through.
  • Plans and implements innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
  • Attends to guests and ensures the highest level of service to attain guest's satisfaction.
  • Collaborates and aligns with the different divisions to develop the strategic plan for the whole property, developing multi divisional offerings that attract a broader base of customers with increased total spend.
  • Other job-related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

What we need:

  • College degree/ Equivalent professional training
  • Holder of professional driving license
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a managerial role within the transportation services industry. Hospitality experience is highly regarded.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills both in written and spoken. Additional language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and constantly presents himself/herself in a professional demeanor.
