Job Description:

Intelassist Inc. is looking for a highly- skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team The Accountant is responsible for managing and reporting of financial data of the company.

  • Performs accounts receivable processing based on data approved by client.
  • Responsible for customer billing, invoice corrections, credit memos, sending out invoice.
  • Investigate and resolve invoicing and project issues, respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Directly communicates with the client of any issues or concerns encountered.
  • Financial and Management Reporting.
  • End of Month and financial year close and reconciliations (balance sheet).
  • Preparation of cash flow forecast.
  • Preparation of rolling quarterly forecasts.
  • Creation and maintenance of models to track specific company performance indicators (Churn Rate, CLV, ARR, MRR, Profitability by Client/Product/Partner etc).
  • Assists with financial and tax audits.
  • Assists in preparing corporate reporting requirements.
  • Ensures accuracy in the delivery of Tax Compliance Processes.
  • Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company's tax database.
  • Advise management about the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws.
  • Support external tax advisors in the preparation of annual financial statements and income tax return.
  • Diligent and timely compliance to tax and government-related requirements.
  • Keep updated on BIR tax policies and advice management on recommended actions on tax and audit matters.
  • Coordinate with internal/external parties, particularly BIR and other government agencies to process transactions.
  • Oversees the timely and accurate delivery of end-to-end process of Tax Compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience with full knowledge of General Accounting, Bookkeeping, Auditing, Billing, Account Receivables
  • Familiar with Philippine and BPO Financial and Audit practices, standards, and principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Experience with US based is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized with keen attention to details
  • Willing to work in Eastwood City, Quezon City
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedules
  • Amenable to working on weekends and holidays, if necessary
