As an Executive Assistant, you will be directly reporting to the CEO & President as his Secretary. This role encompasses managing schedules, administrative tasks, purchases, and payments.

Additionally, it involves overseeing personal properties, drafting documents, assisting in events, managing client relationships, processing sales orders, and conducting telemarketing.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any IT related course
  • With experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Wellorganized and detailoriented
  • Tech-Savvy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially in Excel)
