Role Overview:

As our Portfolio Manager for Early Childhood Development and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (ECD & SRHR), you're not just managing programs; you're shaping futures.

Your strategic vision will drive quality, gendertransformative initiatives that leave a lasting impact. Let's create a legacy together

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Manage ECD and SRHR programs at the country level.
Lead strategic planning, annual and longterm plans aligned with our country strategy.
Provide technical oversight across program units and operational areas.
Proposal Pioneering:
Design quality, gendertransformative ECD and SRHR proposals.
Fuel our program ambition with innovation and impact.
Grant Workshops:
Lead grant project initiation workshops for newly approved grants.
Collaborate with the Grants and Business Development Unit.
Technical Excellence:
Provide timely and highquality technical support.
Elevate program effectiveness and quality.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Represent Plan International Pilipinas Foundation Inc. to external partners.
Share our program vision and inspire collaboration.
Emergency Response Readiness:
In exceptional cases, stand ready to support emergency response activities.
Be the beacon of hope when it matters most.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:Master's degree with 57 years in the development sector or demonstrated equivalent combination.
Subject specialist in Early Childhood Development and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights.
Experience in program development and monitoring plans and budgets.
Skills and Attributes:
Sound analytical and problemsolving capability.
Ability to influence behavior through effective relationship building.
Membership in professional circles of ECD & SRHR.
Project Management Prodigy:
Proven track record in managing remote locations, community partners, and volunteers.
Flexible, with excellent oral and written English skills.
Fieldwork Commitment:
Willingness to conduct fieldwork in areas covered by Plan International Pilipinas.
