Aftersales and Returns Manager

The Role:

As the Aftersales and Returns Manager you are responsible for the Development, Performance and Maintenance of the warehouse, Inventory of returns/stock control to produce an efficient system and receipts solution, maximizing performance against pre-agreed targets and control.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Overall inventory of returns/stock control and management of the warehouse for the organisation including the development, performance and maintenance of the warehouse and returns process to produce an efficient system and solution, maximising performance minimizing loss against pre-agreed targets and controls.
  • Ensuring that the team understands their duties, the mechanisms of the warehouse and their role within the organisation
  • Meet targets and those of the team and organisation as a whole
  • Maintain smooth running of the team and organisation as a whole
  • Contribute to training and development of the team and organisation as a whole
  • Assist Managers to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans
  • Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations.

Suggested Daily Tasks:

  • Manage, direct and monitor the performance of the warehouse for the organisation including the development and maintenance of the warehouse, inventory of returns/stock control and returns process to produce smooth and efficient system and delivery solution, maximising performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets and control.
  • Effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organisation.
  • Maintain and improve mechanisms for running the warehouse and returns process, including surveying and measuring the inventory of returns/stock control, returns process, outcomes and expenditure and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
  • Utilise agreed systems to manage the warehouse and stock control functions, analysis and documenting
  • The development of plans for the warehouse, inventory of returns/stock control and returns process to contribute towards organisation targets support to all other departments with related interests
  • Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members and the organisation as a whole to ensure targets are met reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required
  • Assist in developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve targets
  • Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
  • Manage and maintain contact with internal and external clients/customers
  • Set an example for team members and organisation as a whole of commitment, warehousing expertise, work ethics and habits and personal character maintain accurate records responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls
  • Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and customers
  • From time to time will be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of the job role.
  • Responsible for allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with you're the management and must contribute towards the smooth running of the organisation generally.

Competencies:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience on the same role.
  • Thorough understanding of warehousing, inventory of returns/stock control and returns process management, requirements and dynamics
  • To be able to use software – insert specific software if required
  • Ability in customer/supplier relationship management
  • Leadership with ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Proven ability to coach and develop others
  • High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure cooker

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Bachelor's degree in business or related, MBA from top school preferred

2.5-10 years of industry experience in the same role.

3.Ability to train, develop and manage large executive teams

4. Executive Presence and ability maintain calm demeanor in high stress environments

5.Good negotiation skills and has basic technical Skills

6.Highly organized, especially for records and documents

7.Has a stable network in procuring parts of different brands and units

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
