As a Production Designer, your focus will be on creating deliverables within established processes and templates. You will contribute by offering design solutions that align with established guidelines, ensuring the high-quality execution of visual design elements for projects. Proficiency in design software, adherence to industry standards, and the ability to conduct design calls efficiently are essential aspects of this role. With a strong foundation in design principles, you'll play a vital part in delivering polished and consistent visual outputs based on predefined processes.

The Production Designer focuses on creating deliverables within established processes and templates, ensuring high-quality execution of visual design elements for projects.

Duties and Accountabilities 1
  • Produce print and digital marketing collaterals following established processes and templates, ensuring that the design aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines and adheres to client instructions.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Communicate with and respond to project requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Adhere to established work processes, ensuring compliance with brand and visual identity guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline production processes for improved efficiency and output quality.
  • Review and proofread deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to established standards.
  • Maintain consistent file management standards for organizing and storing working files.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Minimum of 3 year of relevant experience as a production designer or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating customized design solutions for clients, showcasing a robust portfolio of diverse projects.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit visual assets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to meticulously follow specific production guidelines to consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
  • A portfolio featuring past graphic design projects is crucial to showcase proficiency and expertise in the field.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on design trends, software and technological advancements, and exploring innovative solutions to enhance the overall creative process

Location & Reporting

This position is based in Manila and reports to the Manila Studio Operations Manager.
