Job Description

As an Email Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution of emails that support the Global Marketing Teams campaigns and event promotions and the business transactional emails. You will work closely with the Global Campaigns and Marketing Operations teams, supporting best practices in email and email-related asset development.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for email setup and execution via Pardot, including segmentation, testing, and deployment.

Understand and report on email metrics to the email marketing team.

Coordinate email marketing automation efforts with Marketing Operations.

Perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI.

Assist in maintaining a database of customers who have opted-in to receive our correspondence.

Ensure compliance with regional SPAM laws and other relevant laws.

Qualifications

At least 2 proven years of email marketing experience, preferably in Pardot.

Strong knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.

Good working knowledge of

Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.

Able to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion.

Excellent attention to detail.

Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Excellent English writing and communication skills in a cross-departmental, global organisation.

Strong time management and organisation skills

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Remain abreast of technological developments of marketing technology and advances in best practices.
